YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES:

-    What You’ll Do

En étroite collaboration avec la Responsable mécénat en charge de la santé, le/la stagiaire jouera un rôle clé dans la valorisation des projets scientifiques financés et dans leur rayonnement au sein d’AXA. Le poste est centré sur les thématiques santé.

Les principales responsabilités incluent :

Soutenir les activités opérationnelles quotidienne de l’écosystème santé au sein du pilier Science :

• Assurer le suivi des projets financés et des résultats de recherche produits et assurer le lien avec certains partenaires ;
• Réaliser une veille thématique sur les sujets de santé et de recherche ;
• Apporter une contribution majeure sur des actions de communication : rédaction de contenus pour valoriser les résultats des projets financés, organisation d'événements, …
• Accompagner la préparation des comités de gouvernance ;
• Apporter un soutien opérationnel à l’ensemble de l'équipe Science selon les besoins

YOUR PROFILE

Who You Are

Vous préparez actuellement un Master en commerce, sciences ou pharmacie, avec un fort intérêt pour la communication, complété d'une conviction du rôle de la science et de la philanthropie.

Le poste requiert :

• Une curiosité intellectuelle pour les dimensions transversales des enjeux de santé ;
• Des compétences analytiques et rédactionnelles, un sens de la communication à impact et une grande attention aux détails ;
• Une excellente maîtrise de l’anglais (niveau professionnel) en plus du français (langue maternelle) à l’écrit comme à l’oral ;
• De solides compétences en gestion de projet, avec une bonne organisation et capacité d’analyse ;
• Une maîtrise avancée de la suite Microsoft 365, une expérience en IA et outils de réseaux sociaux est un plus ;
• Une aisance dans un environnement de travail multiculturel ;
• Un esprit dynamique, autonome, proactif, à l’aise avec le multitâche et le double reporting ;
• Une première expérience de stage longue durée est un plus.
