• Support achievement of FS close deadlines and take part in ensuring the completeness, accuracy and timely delivery of various Investment Accounting related reports for CPAIC and PALIC including those relating to Unit-Linked transactions to address Local management and Statutory and Regulatory requirements;
• Prepares various investment accounting JVs, reconciliations and reports
• Ensure that investment transactions were properly booked in SHIP (Investment Accounting system) and recon is performed on a monthly basis
• Assist manager on business requirements for IFRS 9/17 implementation
• Act as a trainer for the junior staff 

 

 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, preferably CPA
• With at least 2-3 years relevant experience in Financial Reporting, Investment Accounting and in Financial Statements preparation
• Has knowledge in IFRS and PFRS especially investment accounting and reporting standards; knowledgeable in internal control practices
• Good oral and written communication
