  1. Engage Distributors/Customers and ensure dissemination of relevant market and portfolio information on a timely basis

Provide necessary support for seminars, conference calls, and branch visits with Financial Advisors and clients. Update and educate audience on key market events and Investments outlook on a regular basis.

 

Explain fund performance, investment policy, strategy, and positioning to Financial Advisors and clients on a regular basis.    

 

Coordinate with the various key stakeholders on Investment Reports to ensure high report quality and timely release.

 

  1. Drive initiatives to educate and update financial advisors and clients about Investments

Analyse communication gaps and develop alternative mode or channels to bridge the gaps.

 

Undertake and supervise various initiatives for continually educating and updating the Sales team, Financial Advisors, and clients on Investments and Financial Markets.

 

  1. Nurtures and manages relationships with key distribution channels of AXA and ensures resolution of queries/issues regarding investment related matters

 

Build relationship and trust with distribution channels of AXA by providing and instituting solutions to issues regarding Unit-Linked/Investment related matters.

 

  1. Participate in product development process especially on brainstorming session for new mandate ideas.  Ensure new product offerings are aligned with market needs and their competitiveness in driving new portfolio inflows.

Experience as a Relationship Manager in a Foreign or Local bank – for premier customer segment management

-Knowledge of financial products is a must, insurance is preferred

-Experience in Sales and Marketing is a must.

-Graduate of any Business and Economics course preferably.

-Communications experience is a plus.
