  • Align technology vision with business strategy by integrating company processes with the appropriate technologies.
  • Develop strategic roadmaps for Data Centers, Applications, Servers, Storage and monitoring tools aligning with IT roadmap
  • Responsible for keeping all the IT equipment and services running meeting the agreed Service Level Agreement
  • Manages and maintains the operational integrity of the technologies and services provided. Maintains existing enterprise infrastructure, while providing direction in all technology-related issues by managing the Technical Customer Support function
  • Maintains IT compliance to all applicable regulations and manages the Internal /External auditing processes
  • Operations manages have both an internal focus to support IT, and an external focus, through which business users are seen as their direct customers.
  • Defines and generates KPIs to measure quality and continuous improvement.
  • A graduate degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience with minimum of >6 years hands-on technical knowledge and managerial experience
  • Knowledgeable and experienced (Certification is a plus) in the following areas: COBIT, ITIL, Data Center Standards, Information Systems Security, Project Management, Network and Infrastructure
  • Experience with audit processes
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with different departments level across the organization
  • Excellent team player, analytical, strategic thinking and modelling skills.
  • Solid leadership, teamwork building and team spirit focused including flexibility are highly important
  • Fluent in both oral and written English
  • Knowledgeable on IT governance and IT standard practices

150,000,000 - 250,000,000 IDR / yearly

Skills Required

  • Knowledgeable and experienced (Certification is a plus) in the following areas: COBIT, ITIL, Data Center Standards, Information Systems Security, Project Management, Network and Infrastructureintermediate
