Entity: AXA Asian Market

• To prepare Business Architecture, Application Architecture, Data Architecture, Integration Architecture, Infrastructure Architecture, and Security Architecture as part of the solution architecture artifacts and deliverables
• To communicate Solution Architecture artifacts to respective stakeholders, obtain views from required view points
• To obtain approval as appropriate
• To own and maintain Architecture repository including application, business and infrastructure
• To manage Architecture repository changes
• To drive the proper Enterprise Architecture management of AXA ID in building holistic view of the organization’s IT strategy, processes, data, and system assets, also including
• Create, maintain & control current and future system application & infrastructure blueprint
• Own knowledge & future plan for each product portfolios in coordination with BA and SD
• Develop, maintain and socialize product roadmap to IT and Business User
• Strategize and design future design to meet the business needs
• Perform research on technology and market trend
• Define technology standard and policy
• Support the annual IT Strategic Plan development process

• Has Architecture certification (i.e. TOGAF, IASA, etc.)
• Has Software development/design certification (i.e. Java, Microsoft, SCEA, Oracle, etc.)
• Has experience/involved on constructing application/software
• Has experience/involved on system integration project
• Has experience/involved on designing application
• Has experience on system implementation that involving hardware and infrastructure
• Experienced leading software/system delivery as Team Leader or Project Manager
