Are you a driven professional with a passion for building strong client relationships? We are seeking a Key Account Manager to maintain and develop connections with our existing clients, including insurance companies, banks, and other key players in the industry. This is an exciting opportunity to actively promote new products and solutions while ensuring exceptional communication and service.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Foster and develop relationships with existing clients, including insurance companies, banks, leasing companies, utilities, large retailers, travel agencies, web aggregators, and financial agents
  • Actively promote new products and solutions to current clients
  • Serve as the primary communication channel between clients and the company
  • Lead the implementation of new products with partners
  • Conduct regular evaluation meetings with clients to assess satisfaction and opportunities for growth
  • Perform analytical work and gather relevant information to support client needs
  • Develop a deep understanding of client business operations and market dynamics

What you’ll bring:

 

  • ​Experience in a similar role within the insurance, finance, or services industry
  • University degree in Economics or a related field is advantege
  • Proficiency in English at B2 level, native Polish
  • Eagerness to learn about the specific business and client needs
  • A win-win solution approach to client interactions
  • Great communication skills, including verbal and presentation abilities
  • Innovative and critical thinking capabilities
  • Customer orientation and empathy
  • Responsibility and reliability

Salary

12,000 - 20,000 PLN / yearly
