- Liaise with HCBP also line manager in conducting Training Need Analysis and propose the development needed
- Provide training providers and training schedule to accommodate the employee development needs
- Prepare learning materials & tools that needed in learning or training delivery
- Provide schedule arrangement and deliver the TTT program to learning squad
- Liaise with Talent Management AXA SI related to individual development & succession plan of Talent
- Provide schedule arrangement and liaise with HCBP in communication & delivery of Performance Management refreshment/ socialization
- Liaise with procurement team related to the processing training request from employee
- Provide regular reports related to learning and development activity
- Minimum Bachelor degree
- minimum having 4 years in Learning and development area
- good in communication skills, presentation, reporting, also administration area
- good in delivery materials training
