Within the Group, you will join the AXA Foundation for Human Progress. It brings together the main philanthropic initiatives of the AXA Group and AXA Mutual Insurance Companies, in France and in 50 countries internationally. With a budget of €60 million per year, this endowment fund aims to expand support for impactful projects in the four historical areas of AXA's philanthropy: health and science; protection of the planet; solidarity, inclusion and education; and arts, culture and heritage.

Within this Department, you will be part of Art, culture and heritage Pillar.
The pillar is responsible for preserving and transmitting cultural heritage as a vector of dialogue, openness and respect for others

 

 

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES:

 

The role of Philantropy Program Manager will cover the following missions:

 

  • Implement and valorize the Art, Culture and Heritage strategy of the AXA Foundation and maximize its impacts
  • Identification of Cultural Institutions, associations and projects to support while ensuring impact on beneficiaries and internal engagement.
  • Ensure compliance of methods, procedures, with AXA standards and the legislation of the countries of the supported associations.
  • Monitor the project and engage AXA’s ecosystem.
  • Ensure good alignment with AXA associations (AXA Atout Cœur, AXA Prevention, AXA Entraide) and Group entities.
  • Co-construct synergies with AXA business markets.
  • Promote and represent AXA Foundation (e.g., speaking engagements and representations).
  • Be recognized as the most committed company in France. 

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in the field of social economy or cultural
  • Project management in a complex environment
  • In-depth research and analysis of how AXA can be distinctive and impactful in its philanthropic support
  • Monitoring and evaluation through impact measurement of our partners
  • Management of partnerships - a multitude of stakeholders
  • Excellent oral and written communication, representation, public speaking
  • Drafting and presenting reports at the governance level
  • Knowledge of legislative and regulatory frameworks for philanthropy
  • Tracking the commitments of our competitors or other CAC 40 companies
  • Fluent in English
  • Agility and adaptability
  • Excellent presentation skills
