Main missions

Your responsibilities include:

 

•    Support the GO Security Oversight Executive Manager & the GO Security Oversight Physical Security & Safety Officer Lead Expert in aligning all Governance & Reporting (G&R), Site – Travel - Event protection measures & Incident response planning, initiatives, and goals with Group guidelines

•            Develop and maintain the Site Assessment Framework, Event Security Framework and methodology, the Travel Security protection measures as part of the Physical Security & Safety Management System

•            Establish Physical Security & Safety requirements and guidelines for consumption by wide audiences and provide and training to Local Physical Security & Safety teams

•            Collaborate, Support and Oversee Local Physical Security & Safety teams of AXA GO in the diverse activities covered by the Program including but not limited to Physical Security & Safety Risk Assessment, Incident Response Strategies, Physical Security & Safety Assurance Plans, Emergency Management Plans, Crisis Management Plans

•            Prepare and facilitate awareness and training programs and sessions to wide audiences

•            Provide visibility and reporting to the GO Security Oversight Executive Manager & the GO Security Oversight Physical Security & Safety Officer Lead Expert on the overall Physical Security & Safety Program

•            Contribute to the remediation of audit issues on Physical Security & Safety perimeter

 

Expected skills & experience

We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:

 

Experience

 

•            University degree in Security or IT

•            Physical Security & Safety industry certification (ISO 22301 Lead Implementor / Lead Auditor or equivalent) strongly recommended.

•            Certification CSMP (preferred) or CPP, PSP is a plus

•            Experience > 5 years.

•            Strong experience in Physical Security & Safety Management Systems.

•            Experience of working on ISO27001/2 and/or related security standards is a plus.

•            Experience working in Regulatory requirements related to Physical Security & Safety (GDPR, DORA…) is a plus

•            Experience working in Financial Services sector preferred

 

 

Technical skills

•            Proficiency in Site Security and Travel Security Management, in Physical Security & Safety Incident response and also in Crisis management (I&CM) standards, good practices & tools.

•            Data Center Environmental and Control for Physical Security & Safety Management standards knowledge is a plus.

 

Soft skills / transversal skills

•            Ability to effectively operate in a decentralized and political corporate environment.

Ability to function effectively in a matrix structure

•            Strong communication skills to collaborate and interact with various stakeholders

•            Excellent time management skills (tight deadlines).

•            Ability to prioritize activities and to manage action plans, review progress and adjust where required.

•            Good analytical skills and the ability to clearly identify key issues.

•            Ability to recommend solutions relevant to the complexity, scope, risk and magnitude of problems impacting the service level.

•            Strong program/project management.

•            Fluency in English is a necessity

•            Fluency in French is an advantage
