We are looking for a new colleague to join our team as a Procurement Specialist, with the start date of April 1, 2026.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Select suppliers based on internal requirements; conduct selection procedures following company guidelines; negotiate and finalize contracts with chosen suppliers
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of framework agreements; regularly renegotiate terms and conditions to ensure optimal arrangements
  • Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities in overhead expenses
  • Perform quality and reliability assessments of suppliers; evaluate performance and resolve related issues
  • Support internal clients by resolving complaints and addressing various requests
  • Contribute to the implementation of procurement projects and fulfill purchasing requirements
  • Cooperation with central teams, contribute to the development of purchasing tool (COUPA) in cooperation with central teams
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, outsourcing policies, keeping the process up to date, fulfilling the reguluatory and legislation requirments (e.g. Dora)
  • Close cooperation with other stakeholderes within the organisation
  • Prepare analytical reports, statistical data, and other materials for management reviews

What you’ll bring:

  • Proficiency in Czech
  • Advanced proficiency in English (B2 level or higher), Polish language is an advantage
  • Strong skills in MS Office applications
  • Proficient in working on a PC
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities
  • Responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work independently
  • At least 2 years of relevant procurement experience is preferred
