The Leader Development Manager reports to the Program Development and Management director.

He or she is tasked to spearhead implementation of leader development programs of Agency Managers. These includes the following:

1.      Axa Prime development programs for Managers and Advisors

2.      Unit Heads Assemblies

3.      Branch Head Assemblies

4.      Kick off events.

5.      Participation in Industry events and learning sessions.

The Leader Development Manager is also tasked to create development programs that will support the growth of the business of our distributors. Identify learning opportunities that we can use to continuously upgrade the skills of the Agency leader. He/She is tasked to identify possible strategic partnerships with internal and external providers that can help Retail Distribution and the Agency leader achieve the strategic goals of the company.

The Leader Development Manager can also be tapped to do Ad Hoc tasks to help the Program Development and Management team, the Chief Retail Strategy and Enablement Office, and the Agency Retail Distribution team.

This person will have a Job Grade of 11 and will be reporting directly to the Program Development and Management Director. 

 

1. Bachelors degree holder
2. With at least 10 years working experience in the financial or insurance industry
3. at least 2 years Sales and Management experience in the insurance industry
