We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead strategic projects within AXA’s Finance Division, covering Finance, Actuarial, Investment and Procurement. This role is critical in ensuring successful delivery of complex initiatives that align with AXA’s business objectives. If you excel at stakeholder engagement, change management, and financial analysis—and can communicate insights through compelling presentations—this is the opportunity for you.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Strategic Projects: Deliver large-scale projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with AXA’s strategic goals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships across all levels, including C-suite executives, and maintain clear, consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Change Management: Plan and execute change activities to ensure smooth rollouts with minimal disruption. Act as a change agent to drive adoption and transformation.
  • Financial & Analytical Oversight: Monitor budgets, forecast costs, and track benefits realization. Provide accurate financial reporting and insights to support decision-making.
  • Presentation Excellence: Prepare high-quality PowerPoint presentations for steering committees and executive updates, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Vendor & Resource Management: Oversee vendor performance, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and recommend improvements for future initiatives.

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 6 years of project management experience, preferably in insurance or financial services. Lesser experiences will be considered as Assistant Project Manager.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong background in financial analysis and benefits tracking.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills; expert in PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills for budget monitoring and KPI tracking.
  • Knowledge of insurance operations and experience in process re-engineering or automation is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese); Mandarin is a plus.
