This role would help in executing and implementing strategic plans for the segment (protection with savings). Key accountabilities would include:

• Formulate and implement marketing programs
• Develop strong partnerships with key stekeholders (e.g. distribution team, external partners, etc.) to drive strategy
• Work with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective execution of strategy/initiatives
• Place and monitor metrics to help in ensuring effectivity of strategy/initiatives

 

 

• Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Management Engineering, or other related courses
• Minimum 3-5 years experience specializing in marketing, brand management, customer segment development or related
• Insurance exposure/experience is an advantage
• Strong understanding of relevant consumer and distribution trends
• Ability to demonstrate measurable results: results-oriented
• Very good people and management skills to interact with staff, senior management, colleagues and cross-functional teams
• Ability to lead across cross-functional teams
• Detail oriented
• With financial understanding
• With exposure to financial services industry
• Proficient in MS Office applications (esp in Excel and Powerpoint)
• Excellent Communication Skills (oral/written)
• Leadership skills
• Project Management
