Where will you be in the organization?

The division

You will join the Corporate Functions Global Products department. In its “IT for Business” duty, our department designs, delivers and operates end user global applications in the domain of Corporate & Support Functions organized in 24 products within 6 lines of products (Finance, Ivestment, Procurement, Risk Management, HR/Communication, Compliance), most of them sponsored by Group Corporate departments 

Our department relies on a high performing team of ~200 experts (mainly located in France and Portugal also with offshored managed services), committed and motivated, creating and protecting value at Group & Entity level.

Our main mission is to be the preferred partner of AXA Business families in Corporate Functions while ensuring excellence and consistency across our products in:

• Implementing, operating and managing Group and/or Global Solutions

• Delivering advisory services in answer to Business requirements and stakes
• Leveraging a market leader right-shored delivery model
• Continuously integrating customer centricity, efficiency, innovation & technology in our operating model

About the job

Job purpose

As SAP FI/CO Consultant at AXA, you will reinforce the team not only with additional delivery capacity.

The purpose of the SAP FICO consultant is to analyze, design, and implement financial and controlling solutions within the SAP system to support accurate financial reporting and operational efficiency. You also provide expertise in configuring and customizing SAP FICO modules to meet the organization’s financial management requirements.

Main missions

Your main missions as an SAP FICO consultant include analyzing business requirements, configuring SAP FICO modules accordingly, and ensuring seamless integration with other system components. Additionally, you are responsible for providing support, training, and documentation to ensure users can effectively utilize the financial and controlling functionalities.

Expected skills & experience

We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:

As a successful candidate you have a consistent track record of operating with SAP solutions, particularly in the financial domain.

You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in this field.

You are experienced in working in geographical dispersed realities and with Onshore and Offshore delivery centers.

You master with excellence the art of keeping all stakeholders engaged and timely informed, on the progresses and challenges of activities assigned to you.

Experience

Technical skills

• Solid SAP Financial Modules experience (FI, CO, AA, AP and AR), as an implementer and maintenance
• Experience in CDS views + other reporting tools embedded in SAP S/4 solution portfolio (plus)
• Good English level and Communication skills

Soft skills / transversal skills

• Willing to commute frequently to, with availability to work in hybrid mode (2/3 days at the office, per week)
• Resilience and eagerness to drive complex topics, in ambiguous/siloed contexts
• Commitment, Customer First mindset, Courage and Integrity are key skills to succeed in the role
