Responsibilities:

 

  • Collaborate with the Head of HNW Business Development to develop and implement business strategies that drive top-line growth.
  • Identify and develop new international and bank brokerage partners to expand the distribution network.
  • Coach and motivate brokerage partners to enhance sales performance and accelerate growth for our insurance products.
  • Collaborate with business partners to execute product, marketing, and sales strategies to maximize revenue and achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct product and sales skill training programs to enhance the capabilities of brokerage partners

 

 

 

Qualifications:

 

  • University Degree, Major in marketing / Business Admin preferred
  • At least 10+ years experience in HNW/Broker/Bank sales, preferably with experience in distribution channel sales
  • Strong working knowledge of HNW Insurance business and understand of current market situation.
  • Experience of distribution sales operation with strong understanding of consumer attitude and behavior
  • Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills
  • Ambitious in business growth with proven track record to build strong connection with distribution channel & clients
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Be always to give recommendations and contribute new ideas for improvement
  • Strong computer skills including PowerPoint, Words, & Excel
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Salary

900,000 - 1,500,000 HKD / yearly

Skills Required

  • Strong working knowledge of HNW Insurance businessintermediate
  • Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skillsintermediate

  • Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarinintermediate
