Responsibilities:

  • Secondment in the Agency to assist in selling AXA’s general insurance personal line products to direct clients
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including policy details and promotional materials
  • Collaborate with underwriting, sales, and other relevant teams to facilitate product launches and promotional activities
  • Perform underwriting assessments and prepare quotations for potential clients in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Ensure all products adhere to legal, regulatory, and company standards
  • Monitor product performance and prepare analytical reports to inform strategic decisions

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business, Economics, or similar
  • Preferred 3 years of experience in general insurance personal insurance or business development
  • Good understanding of personal insurance types (Motor, Homes, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Knowledge of insurance rules and regulations
  • Familiar with MS Office and insurance software

Salary

480,000 - 720,000 HKD / yearly

Skills Required

  • Good understanding of personal insurance types (Motor, Homes, etc.)intermediate

  • Familiar with MS Office and insurance softwareintermediate
