As a Senior Recruiter, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our talent acquisition strategy. You’ll manage complex, senior, and cross-regional recruitment projects, ensuring a seamless and inclusive candidate journey from first contact to offer.
What you’ll be doing
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for senior and strategic roles across countries.(Canada, US, Mexico, Panama, Argentina & Chile)
Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to define needs and advise on best hiring practices.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and sourcing teams to ensure high-quality candidate pipelines.
Promote AXA Partners’ employer brand and inclusive hiring approach through every interaction.
Leverage data and insights to refine processes and deliver measurable impact on hiring outcomes.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Talent Acquisition team.
What you’ll bring:
Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment across multiple geographies or business areas.
- Fluent in English.
Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and managing complex recruitment assignments.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across diverse teams and cultures.
Strong analytical mindset with experience using ATS and HR tools (ICIMS advantageous).
