As a Senior Recruiter, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our talent acquisition strategy. You’ll manage complex, senior, and cross-regional recruitment projects, ensuring a seamless and inclusive candidate journey from first contact to offer. 

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for senior and strategic roles across countries.(Canada, US, Mexico, Panama, Argentina & Chile) 

  • Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to define needs and advise on best hiring practices. 

  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and sourcing teams to ensure high-quality candidate pipelines. 

  • Promote AXA Partners’ employer brand and inclusive hiring approach through every interaction. 

  • Leverage data and insights to refine processes and deliver measurable impact on hiring outcomes. 

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Talent Acquisition team. 

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment across multiple geographies or business areas. 

  • Fluent in English.
  • Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and managing complex recruitment assignments. 

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across diverse teams and cultures. 

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using ATS and HR tools (ICIMS advantageous). 

  • Committed to inclusive, transparent, and engaging candidate experiences.

450,000 - 750,000 MXN / yearly
