Coordinate to develop training programs,execute courses, make assessment as well as follow up all training courses executed. Additionally, develop knowledge and skills of each level of sales team, self-improvement and team development to align with company’s policies.

•    Bachelor's degree in any fields
•    At least 5 years of being trainers in insurance business (Sales, Team management)
•    At least 1 year of training course management, development planning and assessment followed up
