Responsibilities:

  • Manage administration process for underwriting cases, review underwriting letters for accuracy and completeness
  • Screening applications, conduct profile checking, consolidate information for underwriting cases to underwriters for risk assessment, communicate underwriting decision with other departments as needed
  • Collaborate with business team, respond to hotline and email enquiries from internal and external customers
  • Reconcile underwriting cases related transactions, and work with clinics/network team to resolve discrepancies 
  • Maintain accurate policy/underwriting records and ensure data integrity
  • Assist with facilitating business continuity, including train and mentor junior staff
  • Other tasks or duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in policy administration in the insurance industry
  • In-depth knowledge of insurance regulations, industry practices and underwriting/new business administration
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Licensed insurance practitioner is preferred

Salary

600,000 - 900,000 HKD / yearly
