As a Service Data & AI Transformation Executive Manager, you play a pivotal role as a key member of the organization’s leadership team, driving the strategic vision and execution of AXA-wide data and AI initiatives. Your role is to translate business objectives into innovative, scalable data-driven solutions that deliver measurable value, enhance competitive positioning, and support sustainable growth. You will influence organizational change, foster a data-first culture, and ensure that data and AI are central to decision-making at the highest level.
