Main Purpose of the Job

1. For the marketing domain, evaluate business requirements and create solutions. Work with the project teams to lead the technical vision to success. 
2. Working with the domain head and architecture head, define the future of the domain and create a transition roadmap.

Key Accountabilities

1. Create overall solutions architecture design.

2. Ensure alignment of the design to the project requirement to meet the stakeholder needs and strategy.

3. Communicate architecture design, options and risks to ensure all stakeholders are well-informed and up-to-date on all matters

4. Consult with the regional architects to ensure alignment to enterprise architecture standards.

5. Collaborates with the project team during the implementation stage.

6. Work with relevant stakeholders to define and guide the transformation journey for the domain

Experience & Qualifications:

1. 3+ years experience in solution architecture 
2. Application/platform management experience in Adobe Experience Manager/AEM or similar Digital Experience Platforms/DXPs 
3. 5+ years experience in IT across at least 2 disciplines (development, solution architecture, project management, application/platform management, service operations) 
4. Excellent communication (written and verbal); availability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapid changing environment
5. High-level understanding of the other technology domains such as:
a. Cloud and Infra 
b. Integration and API management 
c. Information security
d. Data (data warehousing, ETL, data visualization)
6. Experience in the Insurance or Banking industry is preferred
