At AXA Partners CEE, we’re looking for a Supplier Network Manager who will take full ownership of our growing vendor and outsourcing base in Central and Eastern Europe. In this role, you will be responsible for developing strong supplier relationships, driving operational excellence, and ensuring the highest level of service from our partners in the combination with reasonable costs.

 

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams (Operations, Product, Finance) and have a direct impact on shaping a scalable, data-driven, and collaborative supplier ecosystem. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, speak fluent English, and love optimizing processes and building the relationships, this is your chance to make a regional mark.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Full management of medical (hospitals, air ambulance, …) and non-medical (road/car and home assistance) suppliers‘ network in line with business needs
  • Manage and develop teams ensuring high performance and engagement
  • Oversee relevant budgets, costs, and continual average indemnity management
  • Build strong and collaborative relationship with external partners and internal operational and product teams
  • Manage, evaluate, and improve suppliers‘ performance and compliance
  • Implement and monitor internal controls, audits, and provider evaluation processes
  • Coordinate with Procurement contracts and process improvements with external suppliers, outsourcing companies
  • Ensure adherence to global & international AXA suppliers‘ AXA teams and policies
  • Drive process improvements, best practices, and legal compliance
  • Formulate strategic and operational objectives; monitor financial data to enhance profitability
  • Lead projects aimed at increasing customer service quality and operational efficiency 

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in suppliers‘ network management (vendor management), procurement, account manager or related roles in the global service environment

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Excellent communication skills in English, native knowledge of Czech or Polish

  • Ability to manage budgets, analyze financial data, and implement process improvements

  • Strategic thinking with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset

  • Experience working with multicultural teams and external partners in an international environment

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-growing, evolving organization
