We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner / Recruiter to join our dynamic team at AXA Headquarters for a Maternity Leave coverage of 5 months.

You will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring diverse talent for our headquarters. You will also collaborate with key senior stakeholders to understand business needs and develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies.

 

 

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES:

 

Your Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop recruiting plans for HQ positions.
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and attract diverse and talented candidates for senior-level positions.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and presenting job offers by implementing strategies to attract and retain diverse talent, including underrepresented groups, and contribute to the development of an inclusive workplace culture.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition best practices and industry trends to enhance inclusive and diverse recruitment effectiveness.
  • Contribute to employer branding and talent acquisition marketing initiatives to attract talent to the organization.
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement and inform decision-making.
  • Act as a champion for diversity and inclusion initiatives within the talent acquisition process
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure diverse candidate slates for all positions and promote inclusive hiring practices.
  • Stay abreast of best practices and industry trends related to diversity and inclusion in talent acquisition and integrate them into the recruitment process.

YOUR PROFILE

Let’s talk about you:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition partner, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry or acquired within executive search firms.
  • In-depth knowledge of talent acquisition best practices and industry trends.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • English and French fluent.
