The headquarters of the AXA Group (GIE AXA) brings together our corporate activities. It provides guidance and support to subsidiaries around the world, to ensure the coordination and monitoring of the Group's global strategy, the application of its standards, the consistency of commercial approaches and the sharing of best practices. The headquarters gathers approximately 1000 employees and is distinguished by its strong international culture (45 nationalities), which makes it a rich and stimulating place to work.
Within the Group, you will join the Group Tax Department (GTD). This team includes 11 professionals plus two trainees, that are ultimately under the responsibility of the Global Head of Tax (Olivier Tourtoulou), who reports to the Group CFO. The tax analyst will report to the Group Head of Tax accounting and reporting (Thierry Sarriau), that mainly deals with tax accounting, tax transparency, and pillar 2 minimum tax topics, and reports directly into the Global Head of Tax. GTD is divided into two sub teams, one managed by Gerard, in charge of advisory activities specifically on international topics, another one in charge of tax accounting and tax transparency topics. The French tax topics remain under the direct responsibility of Olivier.
Within this Department, you will be part of the Advisory tax team.
Further to technical topics, the role requires an appetite to work on transformation items, IA and ability to work with tools etc..
