I. Job Purpose:
Successfully deliver – new products and enhancements based on committed costs and timelines; Role includes active participation in adhoc and organizational wide transformation projects
II. Key Responsibilities
a. Digital – Business Requirements Gathering
· Works directly with the marketing and technology team to help facilitate business’ digital requirements on the across core, distributor and customer platforms;
· Supports business plans and objectives on both existing and new product build requirements;
· Ensures timely and within budget delivery of new products, enhancements and org wide programs;
· Supports the recommended development roadmap on the ongoing transformation project;
· Provides weekly updates and reports on project status, delays and red flags for business decision as deemed necessary;
· Maintains a clear understanding of industry trends and best practices to provide relevant insights on how efficiently and effectively execute system related requirements
· Aligns and supports Product, Segment, Pricing and other support teams’ on the customer journey mapping (first level consultant of key system features);
b. Digital Development
· Lead/PIC for marketing across systems and all platform developments;
· Liases between technology and marketing teams’ requirements
· Oversees all digital developments of the ecommerce business/channel
· Works closely with the Digital teams (business analyst and product owners) for key product and project scoping;
· Flags risks and issues at once for clear action or decision
· Works on overseeing possible and future system integration from the business standpoint
· Work closely with the Digital and service delivery teams for (feature) prioritization and build
· Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Management Engineering, or other related courses
· Minimum 5 year experience specializing in marketing, digital campaigns, brand management, customer segment development or related
· eCommerce experience is required
· Insurance exposure/experience is an advantage
· System and platform handling experience is a clear advantage
· Strong understanding of relevant consumer and distribution trends
· Ability to demonstrate measurable results: results-oriented
· Very good people and management skills to interact with staff, senior management, colleagues and cross-functional teams
· Ability to lead across cross-functional teams
· With financial understanding
· With exposure to worksite or corporate market
· Proficient in MS Office applications (esp. in Excel and PowerPoint)
· Excellent Communication Skills (oral/written)
· Leadership skills
· Project and Program Management
· Very good skills in communication and partner/stakeholder coordination
