Training Administration Officer (1-Year Contract)

Responsibilities:

  • Performs Receptionist Functions
  • Maintains the professional image of AXA Academy
  • Maintains room booking system and ensure all rooms are well prepared for use
  • Monitors the smooth operation of cash registers
  • Responsible for daily training administration, including training & examination enrollment, training attendance checking, materials preparation, training record updating, etc
  • Provides office support services & performs administrative duties as required

 

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or above in any discipline with relevant working experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Work under pressure and self-motivated
  • Good command of  both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good PC skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint 
  • Good Chinese typing

Salary

180,000 - 240,000 HKD / yearly

Skills Required

  • Good communication and interpersonal skillsintermediate
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chineseintermediate
  • Good PC skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPointintermediate
  • Good Chinese typingintermediate

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma or above in any discipline with relevant working experience (experience)
