As a Travel Training Instructor you’ll contribute to achieving the organization's objectives by ensuring that new hires acquire the knowledge and use of the necessary tools for performing their activities in accordance with service protocols, through technical training and reinforcement actions, aligned with the strategy of the training and organizational development department. 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Coordinate the technical training of new hires, providing the necessary knowledge to successfully perform all activities and meet the KPIs of the assigned business line, ensuring quality and excellence in service.
  • Provide follow-up and support sessions during the first 3 months (learning curve) to new hires after their handover with operations, with the aim of ensuring their adaptation to the position and responsibilities.
  • Identify technical training needs within operations to develop training programs in collaboration with the training and organizational development coordination.
  • Develop manuals, support materials, action plans, and improvements to be used during and after the technical training of new hires, always adhering to the operational training procedures and training policies.
  • Conduct training sessions based on identified needs, acting as a facilitator in the learning process to develop competencies in employees.
  • Inform the employee’s immediate supervisor about their performance and areas of opportunity identified during training, so that the leader can establish action plans.
  • Prepare and submit monthly training hours reports to the training and organizational development coordination.
  •  Monitor compliance with mandatory courses by new hires and active call center staff.
  •  Establish synergy with operations, quality, and talent attraction leaders to ensure proper on-the-job training, as well as identify employees with areas of opportunity regarding their knowledge.
  • Provide feedback to the recruitment and selection area regarding unsuitable profiles.

What you’ll bring:

  • ​Bachelor's degree 
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar positions (training).
  • Advanced level of English mandatory.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Effective communication.
  • Group management.
  • Planning and organization.
  • Innovation in training processes and strategies.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
