Write and create various online content for AXA Website’s webpages, product pages, eCommerce pages, Corporate Website pages and web components. Produce website and marketing copies that are optimized for web, follows website standards and guidelines factoring in SEO that will generate traffic and leads.

Conduct research on industry related topics, ideas for new content that will appeal to our audiences, attract customers and boost brand/product awareness.

Responsible for publishing and maintaining the content and style attributes of AXA Website. This involves creating, editing, updating and publishing of new or existing webpages, forms, web elements using a Content Management System (CMS).

·         Create and write AXA Website eCommerce and Corporate Website copy, text and write-up for Homepage, Product Category Page, Product Page, Service Pages, Web Components, etc.

·         Proofread, edit, re-structure written pieces before publication for grammar, marketing, SEO, etc.

·         Coordinate with Business Units/Stakeholders, Customer Experience, CSE Digital Marketing, CSE BM&C, UI/UX, T&T teams to create text and copies in AXA Website.

·         Contribute creative ideas about how to engage our audience/users online.

·         Optimize published content using and considering  SEO and Google Analytics Guidelines and by working with SEO Manager and Analytics/CRM Team.

·         Develop engaging content to attract and retain customers.

·         Undertake content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets.

·         Collaborate with design and writing teams (CSE BM&C and UI/UX) to produce high quality content and to make sure AXA Website content adheres to AXA’s Policies, Guidelines and Standards.

·         Responsible for publishing and updating of content, pages, sections, forms, microsites, special pages, web components of AXA Website (https://www.axa.com.ph)

·         Publish pages, multimedia and digital content and ensure all content are updated, following the standards and guidelines of AXA Website

·         Sourcing, tagging, optimizing and publishing of static, rich media and/or interactive content used on the website

·         Assist in implementing the design and development administration

·         Assist in providing technical reports and assist in the coordination of resolution of issues, errors and problems

·         Ensures that all the content published follows the standards and guidelines of AXA Website.

 

Work Experience

·         2-3 Year Experience as Web Content Specialist, Web Content Writer, Content Creator, Copywriter, Writer, Content Strategist, Editor, Content Writer, Technical Content Writer, Digital Marketing Officer, Digital Marketing Assistant or similar role

Knowledge Area

·         Solid writing and editing skills in English

·         Fluency and robust grammar skills in English

·         Passion for writing and strong research skills

·         Knowledge in Insurance and Finance

·         Experience in Digital Publishing and Web Publication

·         Portfolio of published articles/work

·         Experience using a Content Management System (Kentico, Prismic, Liferay, Wordpress, Drupal, AEM, Sitecore, etc.)

·         Basic HTML and CSS

·         Knowledge in SEO best practices and standards

·         Familiarity with website and CMS standards, monitoring, basic troubleshooting and reporting of website issues, errors and problems is a plus
