About the job
This position reports directly to the Head of Operational Excellence within the Workplace Global Products (WGP) department. WGP is responsible for designing, building, and operating all Workplace Products across the AXA Group for supported entities.
WGP products are based on standard market solutions (such as Microsoft, VMware, Citrix) and customized to ensure full compliance with AXA GO and AXA Group standards, including security, architecture, data privacy, and contractual requirements.
These products are operated by internal product teams located across Europe, the Americas, and Asia, supported by AXA GO and external providers. All operations follow global rules defined by internal processes. Architecture, security, and compliance are embedded in the design, build, and run phases of each WGP product. It is essential to maintain strong and consistent control over multiple processes, which must be managed at the individual product level and consolidated at WGP level within transversal governance bodies.
The W-QAO is accountable for the transversal control, reporting and automation of these processes for Workplace Global Products.
Main missions
Your responsibilities include:
Provide technical reporting expertise to product managers, including analytics, automation, and forecasting.
Build effective relationships with product and process owners to gather accurate control instructions, ensuring they remain updated as processes evolve.
Collaborate closely with product managers and product line managers to:
Ensure they understand operational requirements and respond to process needs.
Maintain continuous status updates and communication.
Organize and chair regular governance meetings for each process or control:
Include relevant stakeholders from all areas.
Prepare professional presentations summarizing control statuses, key messages, and decisions.
Ensure meetings are efficient, clear, and documented with complete minutes, decisions, and next steps.

Analytics : ability to convert data into reabable stories, ability to understand and creat automation opportunities where needed, insighful and modern data layout capabilities,
Planning : analyse and critically evaluate information as well as formulate plans based on multiple sources of information, ability to manage action plans, review progress and adjust where required
Excellent communication skills, active listening
