  • Escalate key account execution issues and non-compliance for timely AU support.

Excel in team coaching and development:

  • Work alongside team members to provide hands-on coaching and regular one-on-one feedback.
  • Conduct effective weekly team meetings to align on goals and performance.
  • Hire, onboard, and train new team members to build a high-performing sales force.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed as PepsiCo's B&C Team Leader, candidates must demonstrate:

  • 5+ years of proven sales experience, with significant time in the FMCG industry.
  • 3-5 years of people leadership experience managing sales teams.
  • College degree or above; advanced education preferred.
