Role Overview

As a Back of House Retail Associate at Nike Genting Premium Outlets (GPO) in Pahang, Malaysia, you'll support the seamless operation of our high-volume store. This full-time role focuses on stockroom management, inventory handling, and operational excellence to ensure front-of-house teams can deliver world-class service. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must have completed SPM or equivalent.
• Proficiency in basic math functions: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Physical capability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent customer service aptitude.
• One or more years of customer service or retail experience preferred.
