Role Overview

We're building the next generation of Cyber Asset Attack Surface Management (CAASM) platform from the ground up within our Falcon Exposure Management team. This greenfield initiative is an enterprise-grade integration platform revolutionizing how organizations discover, inventory, and assess their digital attack surface at scale. As a Backend Engineer III in Bangalore, India, you'll architect and develop a cloud-native platform connecting hundreds of security vendors, cloud providers, and enterprise tools. Handling hundreds of thousands of events per second, it models and normalizes diverse assets—from traditional infrastructure to cloud-native resources, IAM policies, network configurations, and identity permissions—creating a unified, intelligent view of organizational risk. Key Responsibilities

Build Integration Infrastructure at Scale

Architect and develop a complete integration platform for seamless connectivity with third-party security vendors, cloud providers, and enterprise tools, forming the industry's most comprehensive security data fabric.

Engineer High-Performance Data Pipelines

Design systems ingesting and correlating hundreds of thousands of events per second in real-time across massive enterprise environments.

Solve Complex Data Modeling Challenges

Model and normalize diverse assets at scale, including compute instances, containers, IAM policies, network rules, storage buckets, and permissions.

Develop AI-Powered Tools

Build agentic workflows and Model Context Protocols (MCPs) to accelerate onboarding new data sources and automate transformations using AI.

Implement Intelligent Entity Resolution

Create AI-driven systems for entity resolution and deduplication, merging duplicates across sources with advanced ML techniques.

Architect Self-Learning Microservices

Develop services that adapt to new asset types, detect data anomalies, and improve correlation accuracy via machine learning.

Enable Ecosystem Connectivity

Design APIs integrating CAASM insights into SOAR platforms, GRC tools, and security workflows.

Own End-to-End Components
