About the OPPORTUNITY

We have an exciting permanent opportunity for a Maintenance Control Officer to join our team based at Edinburgh Parks SA.

You will be responsible for ensuring effective planning, control, and reporting of all maintenance activities within the Jindalee Over the Horizon Radar Network (JORN) by managing and optimising maintenance systems and data.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintain and update Maintenance Management Systems (MMS) with accurate, approved data.
  • Generate and manage work orders for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
  • Monitor, report, and close out preventative and corrective maintenance tasks.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with maintenance plans and

documentation.

  • Provide governance and guidance on maintenance policies and processes.

About YOU

  • Diploma in Information Systems or equivalent (essential).
  • Strong experience with maintenance management systems and databases.
  • Experience in maintenance or asset management, ideally in Defence.
  • Knowledge of maintenance planning and lifecycle support for complex systems valued.
  • Strong experience with maintenance management systems and databases.
  • Advanced data management and reporting skills; highly proficient in Excel (macros desirable).
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and confident in coordinating system-driven maintenance activities.
  • Ability to analyse reports and optimise maintenance workflows.
  • Defence security clearance or eligibility to obtain
