Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to read & understand a Credit Approval Memorandum 
• Responsible for compiling & reviewing documentation prior to Loans/ Lease deals being funded.
• Maintain responsibility for accuracy of documentation.
• Loading transactions to Leasing / Loan applications
• Processing payments to external agents/vendors/ borrowers
• Position will work with Credit, Legal, Finance and Marketing personnel within the region to understand requirements and ensure transactions and processes meet required policy standards.
• Responsible for maintenance of records
• Manage and maintain records of Security Interests filing and discharge.
• Responsible for monthly reporting functions and assist in Audits.

Required Skills (must have skills to be minimally qualified):

• Graduate in a recognized university.
• At least 2 years’ experience in maintaining accuracy of loan / lease documentation with limited supervision.
• Ability to review and understand credit approval reports.
• Customer service oriented, proficient level of Problem-solving skill.
• Clear, articulate oral and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills (Excel, Word,), highly organized, work well in a Team environment.
