Description

  • Define and manage the global IT Stability Program roadmap, ensuring full alignment with the CTO strategy and Production Excellence goals. Chair Steering Committees and provide transparent reporting to senior executive management.
  • Drive strategic initiatives focused on incident reduction, problem management, and performance optimization by implementing industry frameworks such as SRE, ITIL4, and FinOps.
  • Establish and track critical metrics (MTTR, MTTD, SLA adherence). Implement data-driven dashboards for continuous visibility, trend analysis, and performance tracking.
  • Partner with Engineering and DevOps teams to enhance observability and automation using tools such as Dynatrace, Ansible, and ServiceNow.
  • Act as the single point of contact for the Stability Program, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across support teams, project leads, and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure all stability initiatives align with IT risk management, cybersecurity, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., SOX, GDPR). Lead proactive risk assessments and audit reviews.
  • Support APS managers and engineers in adopting best practices through workshops, training, and the promotion of a cross-team collaborative culture.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  •  8+ years of experience in IT Production / Application Support, including at least 3 years in a dedicated Program or Project Management role.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL v4, SRE (Site Reliability Engineering), DevOps, and FinOps methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring, observability, and automation tools (e.g., Dynatrace, ServiceNow, Ansible, Grafana, ELK stack).
  • Familiarity with Cloud and hybrid infrastructures (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes) and migration projects (e.g., RHEL).
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese (both written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in French (plus).
