As a Barback at our upscale Radisson property in Bloomington, Minnesota, you play a vital role in creating seamless dining and bar experiences. This position, often interchangeable with Busser duties, involves supporting bar, lounge, restaurant, and private event areas to ensure efficient operations and 100% guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

Your daily duties as a Barback focus on efficiency, courtesy, and exceeding guest expectations:

• Receive service area assignments at shift start, covering bar/lounge, dining room, private parties, and beverage storage.
• Promptly greet seated guests, deliver water, and clear used tableware between courses.
• Reset tables with fresh tableware, clean surfaces, chairs, booths, and floors.
• Assist servers with food delivery for large parties and peak times, communicating requests effectively.
• Wash dishes when needed, adhere to TIPS alcohol guidelines, and fill in as directed for optimal operations.
• Thank departing guests and resolve issues with empathy, ensuring the 'Yes I Can!' hospitality standard.

Physical and Operational Demands

Expect to stand for extended periods, lift 50 pounds regularly, push/pull up to 100 pounds, and navigate heat, cold, noise, and chemicals. Flexibility for shift changes is essential in our 24-hour operation.
