- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable automation solutions using RPA (e.g., Automation Anywhere, Power Automate Desktop) and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Design end-to-end automation workflows and integration strategies across systems and platforms.
- Develop technical diagrams and visual models to represent solution architecture and workflows.
- Present and explain technical concepts and solution designs to business stakeholders in a clear and accessible manner.
- Ensure solutions are aligned with enterprise architecture standards and governance policies.
- Lead the adoption of agentic automation principles, including autonomous agents, orchestration, and decision-making logic.
- Evaluate and implement AI-driven agents for task automation, workflow optimization, and user interaction.
- Stay current with Microsoft roadmap, agentic automation trends, and emerging technologies.
- Identify opportunities to enhance automation capabilities through AI, machine learning, and low-code/no-code innovations.
- Collaborate with business units to gather requirements, define problem statements, and propose automation opportunities.
- Present solution designs and prototypes to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Work closely with business units to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
- Communicate solution proposals, progress updates, and post-deployment support plans.
- Advocate for continuous improvement and innovation in automation practices.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and business.
- Define and document test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Oversee testing activities to ensure solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements.
- Support UAT and production deployment phases.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Proven experience in RPA tools (e.g., Automation Anywhere, Power Automate Desktop) and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Strong understanding of automation architecture, data modeling, and integration techniques.
- Experience in project management and agile delivery methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Certifications in RPA and Power Platform technologies.
- Experience with Azure services, APIs, and enterprise integration.
- Lean Six Sigma / Project management certification.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-600, PL-400, PL-900).
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
- Detail-oriented and quality-focused.
- Self-driven and able to work independently or in a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
