You will be responsible for developing a deep technical understanding of Infusion connectivity product, interacting with other Teams and Lead Architect, evaluating their systems, and designing product integrations. The position will act as a consultant within Connectivity internal teams to help create architectural approaches for software design and implementation to guide the development team. This is a hands-on software development position. Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities:(Primary Duties, Roles, and/or Authorities)

• Drive discussions with technical stakeholders to uncover strategic needs and align on key technologies.
• Establish systems and solution design in large, sophisticated, data-intensive systems.
• Partner with external teams, evaluate architectures, and make recommendations on implementations and improvements.
• Drive architecture and software patterns and standard methodologies across the department and provide technical guidance and mentorship to application development teams.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive view of current and future state architecture that align with the business strategy.
• Conduct POCs on new technologies and build vs buy analysis to determine suitability of tech stack expansion.
• Drive to a team culture that values quality, robustness, and scalability while fostering innovation.
• Work in a scrum-based agile development process that plans and builds features targeted to a release.
• By applying an agile mindset, fosters the incremental delivery of value by the team and directly supports the grooming, refinement, development, and testing activities of the team as-a-whole through the collaboration and collective definition of story acceptance criteria.

Education and Experience:

• Minimum BTech/MTech/MS in computer science, engineering, or relevant field
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience building enterprise-quality software products.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in developing SW Medical Devices or Information systems.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience being responsible for or leading system architectural decisions
• Minimum of 5+ years designing and building cloud and hybrid applications (MS Azure preferred)

Knowledge and Skills:

• Broad exposure to enterprise system integrations, including asynchronous messaging, REST/gRPC APIs, and event streaming using Kafka. Skilled in applying integration patterns and best practices to ensure seamless interoperability
• In-depth knowledge of modern software development methodologies, architectural patterns (e.g., event-driven, domain-driven design), and system design principles for high availability, scalability, and observability
• Excellent knowledge of distributed systems principles, design, and architecture.
• Proven technical expertise in the following.
• Cloud (Azure or AWS), Microservices Architecture, Message based distributed systems, 
• Experience with System Architecture, Design and Detailed Design Documents
• C# / .NET / React, Hands-On experience as a developer, Experience in multiple stacks is a major plus.
• Deep experience with multiple services and tools from at least one major cloud provider (Azure or AWS), including networking, security, compute, storage, and monitoring.
• Adept at working with distributed software teams across time zones, fostering collaboration and driving architectural alignment across global initiatives.
• Languages & Frameworks: C#, .NET, React, SQL, gRPC, REST, NUnit,Cloud & DevOps: Azure, AWS, AKS, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Messaging & Integration: Kafka, Dapr, TLS, Microservices, MiniKube, Testing & Monitoring: JMeter, Cypress, distributed tracing tools.
