Key responsibilities will include:

  • Process orders for capital equipment, working closely with Contracts/Pricing, Finance, and Territory Managers

  • Manage customer technical support needs

  • Oversee service and repair of capital equipment

  • Work in ServiceMax database to monitor service and repair status

  • Manage equipment loaner, evaluation, and trade-out processes

  • Support marketing with new product launches

  • Adhere to, and ensure compliance with BD guidelines, protocols, and policies

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent required

  • Minimum 5 years of customer service experience with demonstrated ability to process product orders in a fast paced environment required

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required; familiarity with Salesforce, JD Edwards, SAP preferred

  • Ability to solve basic math equations required

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills required. Demonstrated ability to work well cross-functionally within a fast-paced environment required.

  • Excellent organizational skills and proven attention to detail required

  • Excellent data entry, proofreading, and typing skills required

  • Ability to resolve potentially challenging customer interactions required
