Job Overview

The Global Product Manager, Media Core Microbiology (MCM) will play a pivotal role in managing go-to-market strategies, product life cycle management, and cost optimization initiatives. This highly visible position offers a significant opportunity to impact our business and advance your career. Key Responsibilities

  • Portfolio & Lifecycle Management: Drive portfolio strategy, including SKU rationalization, brand architecture, and lifecycle planning. Support product launches, reviews, and optimization.
  • Demand & Supply Planning: Partner with global/regional teams to enhance forecast accuracy, ensure availability, and reduce disruptions.
  • Commercial Enablement: Collaborate with marketing and sales to support campaigns, training, and execution aligned with business goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with supply chain, operations, and regulatory teams to resolve availability issues and manage backorders and allocations.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Contribute to cross-platform projects focused on compliance, capacity planning, and business continuity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, ideally in Life Sciences, Medical Devices, or Healthcare.
  • B2B experience with strong understanding of healthcare and cross-functional operations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in matrixed, fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated success in driving projects and influencing outcomes.
  • Experience improving commercial execution through process and project management.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and customer engagement skills.
  • Team player with a track record of effective cross-functional collaboration.

Education

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field required; MBA preferred.
