Job Description Summary

Lead operational and administrative activities of the assigned department, developing professional skills and practical knowledge to complement academic training.

This work must be done in compliance with the regulations, standards, and policies in force and applicable to the organization.

Job Description

  • Lead activities related with data collection, analysis, and reporting for procurement projects, including spend analysis, supplier performance, and market research.
  • Lead the development and implementation of sourcing strategies for various categories, including the preparation of RFQs (Request for Quotations) and bid analysis.
  • Contribute to supplier relationship management activities, such as maintaining supplier databases and assisting with performance reviews.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects related to cost reduction, process improvement, and supply chain optimization.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for internal stakeholders on procurement initiatives and outcomes.
  • Help maintain and update procurement documentation, policies, and procedures.
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the Global Procurement team.


Job Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a global team environment.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Must have the ability to work on several projects simultaneously
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment of accountability
  • Must be able to analyze data/make data-based recommendations
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Prior internship or project experience in a business or procurement-related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Ability to commit to a full-time internship for a duration of 1 year.
