Job Description Summary

De EDC Operator is verantwoordelijk voor de operationele verwerking van inkomende en/of uitgaande goederenstroom ter ondersteuning van de teamleader. In afwezigheid van de teamleader zal de Senior Operator instaan voor zijn/haar vervanging. Daarnaast neemt hij/zij de rol op van Warehouse Operator wanneer een continue en effectieve verderzetting van de inbound en outbound operaties dit vereist.
Hij/zij zal rapporteren aan de Teamleader Operations en heeft een 2de rapporteringslijn naar de EDC Operations Manager.

• Uitvoeren van operationele taken als Warehouse Operator
• Supporteren en vervangen van de Teamleader mbt:
• Werkorganisatie
• Incident management
• Kwaliteit van de operationele activiteiten
• Veilige werkomgeving
• Aansturen van het team
• Duidelijke communicatie tijdens SSU
• Zorgt voor een positieve teamgeest
• Drijven van verbeteringen en overeengekomen veranderingen in het team

• Inzicht in de processen, systemen en werkmethodes
• Teamplayer inc. samenwerking met andere departementen
• People managment vaardigheden
