This full-time role offers the opportunity to learn and grow in regulatory affairs, supporting product lifecycle management, market access, and submissions for medical devices, diagnostics, and digital health technologies.

Your Day-to-Day

As aRegulatory Affairs Business Partnerat BD, you’ll work closely with commercial and functional teams to align regulatory activities with business goals.

Your day will include:

  • Supporting regulatory submissions and product registrations with TGA and Medsafe

  • Maintaining regulatory records, databases, and trackers for licenses and notifications

  • Assisting with classification assessments and identifying regulatory pathways for new products

  • Monitoring regulatory updates and sharing insights with internal stakeholders

  • Collaborating on promotional plans and ensuring compliance with advertising codes

  • Building relationships with regulatory authorities and supporting audits

  • Participating in project work and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

About You

You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. You bring strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, and you’re ready to develop expertise in regulatory affairs.

You’ll bring:

  • A tertiary qualification in Science, Engineering, Medicine, or Pharmacy

  • Experience in a corporate healthcare or life sciences role (e.g., marketing, clinical, pharmacovigilance, or sales support)

  • A genuine desire to advance your career into Regulatory Affairs

  • Strong organisational and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Ability to learn quickly and embrace change

  • Excellent communication and project management skills
