This full-time role offers the opportunity to learn and grow in regulatory affairs, supporting product lifecycle management, market access, and submissions for medical devices, diagnostics, and digital health technologies.
As aRegulatory Affairs Business Partnerat BD, you’ll work closely with commercial and functional teams to align regulatory activities with business goals.
Your day will include:
Supporting regulatory submissions and product registrations with TGA and Medsafe
Maintaining regulatory records, databases, and trackers for licenses and notifications
Assisting with classification assessments and identifying regulatory pathways for new products
Monitoring regulatory updates and sharing insights with internal stakeholders
Collaborating on promotional plans and ensuring compliance with advertising codes
Building relationships with regulatory authorities and supporting audits
Participating in project work and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. You bring strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, and you’re ready to develop expertise in regulatory affairs.
You’ll bring:
A tertiary qualification in Science, Engineering, Medicine, or Pharmacy
Experience in a corporate healthcare or life sciences role (e.g., marketing, clinical, pharmacovigilance, or sales support)
A genuine desire to advance your career into Regulatory Affairs
Strong organisational and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to learn quickly and embrace change
Excellent communication and project management skills

Salary: $95,000 - $105,000 base (dependent on experience) + super + 10% bonus
