We are the makers of possible

BD is one of the largest global medical technology companies in the world. Advancing the world of health™ is our Purpose, and it’s no small feat. It takes the imagination and passion of all of us—from design and engineering to the manufacturing and marketing of our billions of MedTech products per year—to look at the impossible and find transformative solutions that turn dreams into possibilities.

  • Must be familiar with GMP's, ISO requirements, the IVD Directive, the CE Mark, Six Sigma and LEAN principles. Should have a working knowledge for validation of manufacturing processes within the IVD or medical device industries.

  • All functional activities will be performed in accordance with Plant Operating Procedures, GPDS guidelines, and all applicable BDDS Quality Procedures.

  • Experience with lean manufacturing, six sigma, and category management is desirable along with MRP and production order transaction maintenance experience using SAP.

  • Knowledge and experience with the BD Quality system or equivalent is preferred.

  • Must demonstrate excellent communication skills, fluency in interpreting and modeling the BD values, ability to seek input from others, ability to relinquish control, and knowledge of current and anticipated customer needs.

  • Must demonstrate proven leadership skills capability and ability to mentor, coach, and develop other associates

At BD, we prioritize on-site collaboration because we believe it fosters creativity, innovation, and effective problem-solving, which are essential in the fast-paced healthcare industry.
