The Senior Analyst, Supply Chain will provide operational support for business planning processes for Greater Asia Pacific countries.  This role supports all functions of the supply chain including demand/supply planning, inventory management, production scheduling, quality control, purchasing, transportation, distribution and customer service.


The primary function of this position is to plan and schedule supply replenishment activities based on forecasted demand, current inventory levels and capacity constraints. This involves working closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality Control, Purchasing, Transportation & Distribution teams to ensure smooth flow of goods through the entire value stream.  


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement efficient solutions to meet customer requirements while minimizing costs.
• Developing strategies to improve efficiency and reduce waste throughout the supply chain.
• Identifying areas where improvements can be made to increase productivity or reduce cost.
• Providing analysis and recommendations related to inventory management, production scheduling, logistics and warehousing.
• Supporting the implementation of new technologies such as automated systems, robotics, artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning algorithms.
• Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress against goals.
• Creating reports and presentations to communicate findings effectively.
• Leading projects focused on process improvement, lean initiatives, and continuous improvement.
