Requirements

  • Attain sales goals and drive revenue growth within your assigned territory
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing customers while actively pursuing new business opportunities
  • Position yourself as a product expert, educating healthcare professionals on the accurate use and benefits of BD's latest medical devices
  • Provide on-site technical support during procedures to ensure accurate product utilization
  • Offer in-depth training and education to physicians, hospital staff, and other team members
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest product information, industry trends, and customer needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product distribution and customer happiness
  • Maintain a valid driver's license and meet BD's auto safety standards
  • Ability to travel at least 50%, including overnight stays

Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required.

  • At least 4 years of sales background, ideally within the medical or healthcare sector
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and planning skills
  • Familiarity with medical and surgical terminology, as well as basic anatomy knowledge
