Role Overview

The Benefits Manager - Canada, LATAM (Remote) role at CrowdStrike is a pivotal position for our growing global team, based in Brazil. Reporting to the Director of Global Benefits, you'll lead the design, implementation, and management of health, risk, retirement, perks, allowances, and time-off programs across Canada and LATAM. As the go-to benefits expert, you'll partner with HR Business Partners, regional leaders, and employees to ensure our programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with CrowdStrike's philosophy. This remote role offers the chance to shape benefits strategies that support our regional expansion in the fast-paced cybersecurity industry.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Program Management

Drive the design, policy development, vendor selection, and rollout of competitive benefits programs tailored to Canada and LATAM. Evaluate existing policies, recommend enhancements for competitiveness, scalability, and compliance with local laws. Stay ahead of legislative trends and market practices, communicating changes effectively to employees and leaders while managing broker and vendor relationships.

Canada & LATAM Benefits Programs

Administer comprehensive programs including health, risk, retirement, time-off, and perks. Lead annual renewals, employee education, and collaborations with local HR on new plans. Guarantee adherence to country-specific regulations and reporting.

Operational Excellence

Collaborate on Workday integrations for benefits and time-off tracking. Contribute to budgeting, invoice approvals, and cost monitoring with Finance. Implement process improvements, automation, and dashboards for actionable insights. Support M&A due diligence, integrations, and special projects.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, plus 8+ years of progressive experience in international benefits administration focused on LATAM and Canada. Deep knowledge of benefits regulations across Latin American countries and Canada is essential, alongside experience in employee education programs and M&A benefits integration. Technology industry experience and Workday proficiency are highly valued.

Core competencies include proven project management for complex initiatives, excellent communication and presentation skills, relationship-building across stakeholders, adaptability in dynamic environments, strict confidentiality, and fluency in English (Spanish and/or Portuguese highly desirable).
