Being part of the Grid Automation team, you will create bids in the area of control and protection systems in High Voltage Substation projects. As Bid Manager you will complete several processes and activities in technical and commercial aspects during bid preparation process with respect to an effective administration of proposal (including Bid Management) for an assigned project or customer target group.
The projects you are working on are located worldwide.

Your new role – challenging and future-oriented:

• Build proposals for EPC’s and end customer within field of Protection and Control system in HV and MV substations including hardware and software scope of supply.
• Analyze customer technical specifications independently to better understand aspects of the product and solutions.
• Ensure preparation of the proposals in high quality and in timeline with the customer requirements.
• Close cooperation and coordination with technical specialists within our international team.
• Independently develop, edits, and writes original proposal responses and other sales-related documents.
• Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of assigned industry structure, applications, terminology, trends, and issues.

We don’t need superheroes, just super minds:

• University degree in electrical engineering, automation or similar(B.E. Electrical or equivalent, Master's degree preferred)
• 8+ years’ experience in substation control and protection system, energy transmission and distribution.
• Professional experience in bid preparation / management, tendering of sophisticated, international bids for energy projects.
• Technical and Business type verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English (mandatory)
• Good understanding of the power distribution / transmission market and technologies, mainly in protection and control and HMI solutions, SCADA and cyber security.
• Organization and time management skills to succeed in a fast-paced environment
