The Biddable Media Activation Manager - North America (L10) is a senior operational leadership position based in Purchase, New York. Reporting to LG1 leadership, this role oversees the in-house biddable media buying function, ensuring seamless campaign deployment, budget management, and KPI achievement. You'll provide high-level oversight for day-to-day operations, manage a team of analysts and specialists, and drive adoption of automation, AI, and performance tools. Lead end-to-end execution of Paid Search, Social, and Programmatic campaigns, establishing standards for setup, pacing, optimization, and reporting. Drive efficiency through automation and AI tools while providing oversight for complex campaigns aligned with business goals.
Ensure adherence to media governance, including brand safety, privacy (GDPR, CCPA), fraud prevention, and audits. Define controls, manage exceptions, and serve as escalation point for operational and vendor issues.
Own budget pacing, media productivity, and ROI tracking. Partner with LG1 for cost optimization, attribution, and performance validation to maximize spend efficiency.
Mentor and coach the NA in-house media team, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and career growth. Develop training programs and succession plans.
Act as liaison to Brand, Media Lead, Finance, Procurement, and Legal teams. Manage vendor relationships and represent operations in senior forums.
To succeed in this role, candidates need 8–10 years of digital and programmatic media experience, ideally in FMCG or multi-brand settings with agency and client-side exposure. Proven track record in leading in-house or large-scale media operations is essential, alongside strong financial acumen for forecasting and budgeting. Hands-on expertise with DSPs like DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, retail media, and ad verification tools is required. Deep knowledge of audience strategy, first-party data, frequency management, and compliance (brand safety, privacy regs, fraud, viewability) is critical. Experience building and managing media teams in matrix organizations, with demonstrated cross-functional influence, will set you apart.
PepsiCo offers a competitive compensation package for this role, with a salary range of $106,400 - $178,100, determined by location, skills, experience, and education. Eligible employees receive a 12% target performance bonus paid annually.
