The Bilingual Sales Operations Specialist supports the Presource custom kits division within Cardinal Health's Surgical Products marketing team.   • Drafting client notices for new product availability or versions, and responding promptly to rep and end-user inquiries.
  • Delivering comprehensive reports to the Surgical Products sales team and management, covering new contracts, KPI tracking, weekly custom kit stockouts, and ad-hoc requests.
  • Ensuring smooth planning and execution of quotes, demand forecasting, production trials, on-demand kits, kit design, client database maintenance, custom fields, new components, and claim compensations.
  • Managing SKU commercialization and obsolescence to achieve 97% accuracy, including coordination with regulatory, customs, and data teams for sterile custom kit licensing and catalog classification.
  • Maintaining ongoing communication of production policy updates, proposing annual sales rep refreshers on systems/tools, and collaborating with Customer Service and Transportation for workflow improvements.
